• An enquiry does not constitute a booking.
  • All bookings must be confirmed by us.
  • Tables will not be guaranteed for more than 15 minutes, beyond the time booked unless notified about delays.
  • Any alterations to the original booking must be made in writing and will only be accepted 48 hours before the event.
  • Christmas buffets are for a minimum of 8 people, this is the minimum that will be charged.
  • If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days the booking shall be released without notice.
  • A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time the deposit is required.
  • No food or beverage may be served or consumed on the premises unless agreed by the management.
  • A cancellation made 48 hours before the function will bear a 30% charge.
  • Prices include Mwst, at the current rate.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 50% menu charge to your bill for each non-attending booked party member.
  • No other discounts or vouchers may be redeemed against this offer, unless agreed by management.
  • The party organizer must ensure that all party members are aware of the terms and conditions of this booking.
